2. Information We Collect
Information you provide:
- Name, username, email address, year of birth.
- Mobile money number (for payouts).
- Game content you create as a host.
Information collected automatically:
- Device type, browser, and operating system.
- IP address and approximate location.
- Pages visited, time spent, and actions taken on the Platform.
Payment information:
- All payment transactions are processed by Paystack. We do not store card numbers or full MoMo credentials.
- We retain Paystack transaction references for reconciliation purposes.
3. How We Use Your Information
- To create and manage your account.
- To process stakes, calculate payouts, and send winnings to your MoMo account.
- To communicate with you about your account, games, and platform updates.
- To detect and prevent fraud, collusion, and abuse.
- To improve the Platform through aggregated analytics.
- To comply with legal obligations.
4. Sharing Your Information
We do not sell your personal data. We may share it with:
- Paystack — our payment processor, to facilitate deposits and payouts.
- Supabase — our database and authentication provider, which stores your account data on secure servers.
- Law enforcement — when required by applicable law or court order.
5. Data Retention
We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. Financial transaction records are retained for a minimum of 7 years as required by Ghanaian financial regulations. You may request deletion of your account data at any time, subject to our legal retention obligations.
6. Your Rights
You have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you.
- Correct inaccurate information in your profile.
- Request deletion of your account (subject to legal retention obligations).
- Withdraw consent to marketing communications at any time.

7. Security
We implement industry-standard security measures including encrypted connections (TLS), hashed credentials, and access controls. However, no system is completely secure. You are responsible for keeping your PIN confidential.
8. Children
Boardmaster is not directed at anyone under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors. If we become aware that a minor has created an account, we will delete it immediately.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. We will notify you of significant changes via email or a prominent notice on the Platform. Continued use after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance.
